There is actually research that some people feel more pleasure when getting SAed because the body tries everything to protect them from pain and especially harm aswell, which is also why some women still get wet even if they're not turned on cause the body tries to prevent physical harm. That often messes with the victims mental health, even tho they're never ever at fault no matter how their body reacts not even if they gave "consent" at first, it can be taken back at any point and anything but an enthusiastic yes is always a no. I wish more victims knew that and wouldn't feel guilty for something thats not their fault

But how the MC is experiencing guilt for how his body is reacting to the abuse is very realistic.
If anyone needs to hear this: our bodies were made to function this way, to feel pleasure. Don't feel guilty if thats how you felt at some point. It doesn't make you less valid.
