Yes, he stopped. But his intention was the same. He knew Jaeha didn't want it but he tried to make him feel guilty. Jaeha never forced Hanjun to have sex with him but Hanjun decided to do it and now he's acting like it's Jaeha's fault and almost raped him for it.
