I think he doesn’t want to tell Lysbet about Lyster because he’s a) afraid of what Lyster would do to him after Lysbet throttled Lyster b) he is afraid of what the information would do to her health being that she is so frail and c) while we are pretty sure she wouldn’t blame him or not believe he’s telling the truth, he can’t be confident in that considering his “madness”. Which I don’t think he is mad at all, I think Lyster had something to do with his father’s death and is using the “medicine” to keep him in a disoriented state. Also, while I can’t say for sure why, I don’t fully trust Lysbet at the moment.
Is Sylhan regain his memory?
I don't get why Sylhan don't want to be honest to Lysbet about the abusive Lyster? I think if he be honest, Lysbet would be on his side. I think she knows her brother's temperamental is really twisted but she don't know Lyster is a very violent person
