I think he got it for him because he noticed that mc was not.feeling good earlier
in chapter 13, you can see dohyun watching wooyeon eat the burger and anticipate the stomachache since he knows wooyeon can’t eat those types of food
does he just carry indigestion meds all the time or did he know abt wooyeon's condition beforehand??
(personally, i keep anti-nausea pills and a mini first aid kit with me)
