General Spoilers
1. First, the novel was not translated well and got worse as it went on, so a lot didn't make sense, meaning I knew the general ideas but not a ton of detail. I think it has a lot to do with how the MC is telling the story; he pretty much has a mental illness, so as he got worse, his storytelling became more jumbled, and then the translation became a mess.

2. The story starts by acting like the two book characters matter, but they don't. The story mainly revolves around the MC and the mafia guy.

3. The story does have a bad SA scene. ML does regret it, especially since it was done out of anger.

4. The MC is crazy frustrating. He is stuck on how the story will play out, so he thinks the story is forcing him to be attracted to the ML and that the ML is just using him. The ML falls quickly, but he's still a gangster, so he doesn't express emotions well. He's also overbearing. MC had bloody nose episodes, headaches, coughs up blood, and stuff like that wherever he gets stressed. So that adds to ML being overbearing because he's worried. ML has some doctors, like confined, who are working on finding a way to cure MC.

MC copes with the pain by avoiding his family and becoming an alcoholic, which stresses ML out, and he tells him he has to stop drinking. They are living together, and MC is hiding alcohol everywhere, like in water bottles and behind bed frames. ML, like right before Christmas, catches him with alcohol, and that's when the SA happens.

I can't remember if this is the cause of the SA on Christmas or if it happens after, but Jimin lives in MC's apartment, and MC's brother shows up, so he has to go over and talk to his brother. They get into a fight, which causes an incident. ML comes and is pissed because he told MC not to be around them since it negatively affects his health.

This is where the translation gets confusing.

To makeup, MC thinks they can have role-play sex where he wears his uniform. So he goes to get it from home. He has another confrontation with his brother and has an incident. ML comes and gets him and calms him down.

MC members the uniform idea a few days later and goes to ML work. They fight, and MC leaves and gets kidnapped. While kidnapped, he's drugged. He eventually escaped and ended up in the wilderness. He falls and loses his memory. He lives in a town for a season, maybe more, until when ML finally finds him. He has original life memories. ML is like we are in love and he's like nah; I love my school sunbae... where's my sister. They spend time together, and MC starts falling in love again and feels guilty about it.

They go to some family party and ML tells MC to stay put and not do anything stupid, MC doesn't listen. He ends up falling into a lake, almost dies, and goes into a coma. ML is the one who saves him. He has all his memories when he wakes up and finally knows what happened.

At this point, ML is wholly broken. He hardly eats and can't sleep. He stays awake, making sure MC is breathing. He cannot be separated from MC without getting scared.
MC finally knows what happened.

Throughout the story, there are hints that something is going on. The brother knows something, and so does one of MC's friends.

So, the prominent big spoiler. In the original world, MC's dad was super abusive. He had to be perfect. He fell in love with his sundae, but after graduation, the sunbae distanced himself. It was because he was a gangster and didn't want to bring MC into that world. MC's sister's friend wrote the story they are in and based the character on MC. It wasn't a coincidence, which is mad weird to me. Why would you want your friend to write/enjoy a book you put your brother in, where he is abused and raped, which led to suicide. Anywho. MC chases after his sunbae, and they decide to be together. All the characters are in a building collapse. They all but the MC die and wake up as characters in the novel. The MC has all the health problems because time moves differently in the two worlds, and he's still alive in the building. He's alive because the ML used his body to shield him.

Ahhhh, I'm just now realizing I typed way too much. The last chapters are about closure, but at this point, the translation is so confusing that it doesn't make sense to me. But ML and MC realize they have loved each other over two timelines and talk things out.

I can't wait to see it all drawn out
