If we are talking about glasses in general, yes, it’s valid, but in raws, the way he said was as if it was harming his appearance, if it’s just simply used expression, I would have overlook.
Since he has been wearing prescribed glasses for over two decades. (his family has that gene so it was inherited) I respect your view too but it buffles me how the author badly wants to get rid of his glasses in near future and it’s more likely that it will be that way because he LOOKS better with lenses.
What do you mean glasses are uncomfy? He has been wearing them for over two decades and just because he switched to lens, wdym it’s annoying? No one can ever flip off that easily.
Moreover, lens are more umcomfy than glasses in fact lol. It is way more complicated and expensive. I know the author but I bet she doesn’t wear glasses at all.
