-----Lean and Alexei are definitely not half siblings. Alexei is Mischa's and Carlos' son while Lean is Feliks' and other Omega's son.
----- It was also revealed by Alexei that his (OMEGA) Dad is taking care of someone's child (Feliks' child) which we can easily think of Lean but he is in the hands of the Terano!
This is just my speculation but the situation points out that there is a child switching involve since even the Terano Grandfather said that he was there when the Terano Mother gave birth
----- Mischa left Carlos for Feliks, this might be the reason why Carlos planned on having Lean have Alexei's child so that he can have something to put a head on Feliks. It's somewhat like a revenge if I'm gonna see it and knowing that the child will be both Mischa and Feliks grandchild in different side.
------ He was also planning to unalive Lean after he gave birth which is also his other way of revenge to Feliks for trying to kidnapped and harm Alexei since he was a child
