more than not being able to accept his grandma's death, it's the immense loneliness that's bothering him. he believes after his grandma dies there will be no one he can call his person and he will be left all alone. he also partly blames himself for his grandma's situation, which makes it even harder for him to accept her death. all in all yes he needs therapy but even more so he needs a bunch of good and supportive friends to help him get through these hard times.
