Yes it is considered rape. Rape is when one party does not consent. Even if they do feel good, it is still rape considering since they were forced to do it,

I agree with the people before me. "He/she liked it! He/she moaned and came!" is a common "excuse" for rapist. It's often heard in court. But it doesn't make it less disgusting. You only want to punch the rapist even more so.
