Have you read koisuru sadistic service? Its not 100% realistic but i found it pretty good, cute artstyle, decent plot and good manners of consent aftercare and consent, its not super bdsm focused but more dom/sub focused
I've got 3 that I think are pretty good, I'll post in the replies if anyone's interested (all yaoi, I haven't found any good ones for yuri or straight yet). They're all pretty short so its a quick read. I've got a sub verse, and two with one partner learning about bdsm to please their partner (one for a sub, and one for a dom). All three are ACTUALLY good examples, with safe words, good communication, AND the almost unheard of aftercare. Actually now that I think of it I have a fourth, but that one doesn't end up really having to do with bdsm beyond the beginning like half of it, and its somewhat longish (completed though). The fourth also doesn't really have much good bedroom practices until much later (aka basically nonexistent aftercare, ect), but its decent story wise.
