I remember being super curious about the curse and why the Emperor and prince were so paranoid about it, when from the start the goal was to be rid of it. I was thinking up bs like FL being a saint/has special powers, and that's why the prince started to try and win her over. How in the og novel Eleonora was the curse breaker/saint which is why she was tied down by Diego not because he loved her but for her powers...
