Last I checked everyone who saw the ending/raws said the OMEGA was the one who technically raped the alpha by purposefully using his heat to baby trap him cause he liked him. He knew the alpha didn’t like him back like that. He only left cause he felt guilty and realized that his brother and the alpha have mutual feelings for each other.
