People actually don't call him ugly because he 'looks ugly'. It's the forth wall that makes his face seem blurred and forgettable causing people to assume he's ugly cuz they can't remember his face.

And i'm tired of people saying he is. He's just got the opposite features of Yoo Joonghyuk. So he's more cute than anything. HE IS POOKIE.
