
Right?? The fact that the best translation groups I know are actually doing it for free. So truly where is the audacity coming from??
Additionally, what makes the situation even more frustrating is that there's this unwritten rule among translators (from what i've observed) that if one group is working on a project, everyone else is to leave it alone. So like, shitty translation groups like Lua are just snatching everything up knowing they'll be the only source for some extended period of time.
Until, at least, the official translations come out, and then a saint like AkumaKira comes along and helps share it with the masses.
They need to get off their high horse. Either they can make good translations worth it to pay for money or they can just not translate
