I think he just like lobel in general doesn't matter what gender lobel is 1~ even if lobel suddenly died and then respawn as random animal, he would still like lobel very much..lobel is lobel
OK BUT LIKE, if the young master finds out lobel is a female, wouldn't that ruin the original story
