Not necessarily, depends from person to person. Being old doesn't mean that they actually love you for you and not your looks and being young doesn't mean they only like you for their looks.

enjoy the story BUT for any young ones if someone is talking about how much they love you and they just talk about your looks and what you do for them run. they dont love you, they love what you do for them
