I tried to reread too because I got lost as well. Here's what I got:







I think the Ninja arc ended with the last scene of Kyoko getting killed and Leo ( the american producer was the one cosplaying kaito kid at that time ) was moved by Kyoko's talent and asked to borrow Kyoko for the (R) Route project. So far Kyoko only knows she's on the team to be the P.A. of Moko-chan but there was a scene where she was (the stand in???) Of the villainess with techo octopus shizz where she did awesome acrobatics. Which i hope would be her role for the movie.

The prince seems to have a history with Kuon but I'm not sure and it seems he has an idea that Kuon went to Japan ToT idk we'll find out. But I think that's why he's so antagonistic towards the Jpn team.

From my memory of the route arc:
The director is the one always in costume, he met and recruited the Japanese actors, you might remember the Ren scene with the squirrel.
Kyouko tried to helped Moko-chan with Engligh by practicing reading lines. The Route project actors happen to know and wanted to join so the thing got upscaled and they even got the costumes, the tentacles fight scene I think it's a reference to author's other work 'Tokyo Crazy Paradise'. So nothing is official with these practice.
At the moment I think she's just an assistant for Moko in the Route film set.
The prince & goons seems to be Ren's bully back when he was still in Murica, but now Ren thinks they aren't that imtimidating since he had matured. Idk about the prince's character but looks like he doesn't know who Ren is, just racist.
