He thought Cirrus had a little something with his girlfriend and instead of asking her he asked cirrus he was upset about candy, his dog, passing so I think he didn’t lie, but didn’t tell the truth either about him and the girlfriend’s relationship of just being friends. Later he confronts someone and they tell him the truth and now he feels bad
