Not much of a spoiler about what I'm about to say,
The novel doesn't explain his plans of the past life, it's mostly said that he used manipulation so I'd say rather than his power of dark mage, it was his intelligence that made him a great force to be reckoned with even in the past
I never talked abt his mana capacity or things like that,I meant his intelligence itself,as we can see untill now, and from that Japanese girl's vision Kiyoung was a spear bearer so....him being the villain, aka, a dark mage, idk,its contradictory
That's why ,at first he got the class options of black mage ,commander and alchemist,that means he was the villain in the past life right? And to have forced Hyunsung to regress and all his OP allies dead,he must have been hell OP as a dark mage, that makes Kiyoung at a whole different level
