He will successfully confess but... well it is feelings that's hard to accept so it won't be a happy ending immediately BUT it will be so sweeeeet soon....
It's sad tho... that it will end in a few chapters
Ik for a fact that he's not gonna say it. You never end a chapter like this and ACTUALLY end up accomplishing a significant plot milestone next chapter lol. This is just to make a bit of a cliffhanger before they either a) get interrupted or b) he chickens out. There is no way in hell that he actually confesses and they live HEA. The plot needs to be dragged out more
