I HAD TO REREAD!! What if its the god that grants wishes. Like a series of level: sir mugo discerns the sacrifice, jerk mugo prepares it to be eaten or smth, monster mugo eats it, and when all 3 are satisfied, the fourth appears thus grants wishes.
