I first saw this advertised as the novel version, and Korean reviewers were raving about the sex scenes. But I dislike reading MTL for Korean novels and the fan translation only has like 8 chapters of the entire 127 chapters translated so far... not to mention the fan translator dropped the novel. I think probably they realized that it has very explicit smut, and many blog platforms either forbid smut or don't let translators earn money via ads for smut novels (what a translator has told me before). So I'm going to try the webtoon, as it was highly praised by a Korean friend! I hope it's as spicy as she said XD
