Karma isn’t always vengeful

This was good karma imo. Karma isn’t always about physically torturing or killing wrongdoers. It can also be about killing someone’s spirit and they remain unhappy and miserable for the rest of their life. Lynn has friends, family and a home now. She’s no longer unhappy and scared of uncertainty. She finally stood up to her abusers and did her best to defend herself despite being scared of the danger they would bring to her. That’s strength. Every abused person has their valid way of standing up to their abusers. Elizabeth has no one and no place to herself anymore. You could see how much she was trembling in anger by apologizing to Lynn just to keep the family name. What Elizabeth prided in the most and taken advantage of to harm others, her social standing, has become a weapon against her.
