Makes Sense

I think it makes sense for Elizabeth to be sent away. Elizabeth has always cared about social standing, and she always prided herself being a noble. It’s one of the biggest reasons why Elizabeth has physically harmed and abused others for so long. Being noble comes with a set of privileges that she benefited from. It’s why Lynn had to suffer so much damn abuse from Elizabeth UNTIL it was revealed that she’s of royal blood. Elizabeth having to see how much has changed in her household since Lynn, a royal, marrying into the family, has spiraled her into anger and frustration. What’s worse for Elizabeth is that Lynn looks nearly identical to the same girl who her stepdad had compared her to in the past. AND! To find out that she was born from an affair, that’s a HUGE social reputation killer. Not only was it triple jeopardy of Elizabeth’s world come crashing down, she was left with two choices. Be sent away and never see your brother, stepdad, home, friends, your first love, and country ever again or become a poor stranger in your country and deal with the harsh reality of poverty and people gossiping about you.
