At this pace the revenge might be played by taeha rather than haesoo herself lol na haesoo had never been the center of any narrative, she’s constantly overshadowed by taeha, her exhusband, or other characters. Even in the flashback that supposedly made us sympathize with her. And i’d be the first one to be disappointed if that happens

It took her a decade to finally let go of that bastard, yet you want her to just let Taeha come into her life just because he professed his love for her? She was traumatized from her previous partner and relationship, yet you wanted her to just go along with him? Of course, she will doubt him, given the situation she's in and their age gap.

Other thing is that Haesoo didn’t study, she doesn’t have time to read, watch tv or having internet. So her conversational skills are really low at this point. The compelling thing about her is being kind. Kindness is usually underrated when it is the most important value BUT I wish she gets curious about something in life and learns more. Learning is part of loving ourselves.

Hopefully at the end, she decides to study something instead of being a sugar babe.

Id argue kindness is unrealistic for someone in her position because you can’t be kind without empathy, and you cant be empathetic without a holistic understanding of the world. I’d rather her be unkind and selfish but i agree with the rest of what you’re saying

I know it sounds unreliable But I think the author is a girl by how they draw the cute chibis lol and how they put lipstick to all the characters and glow to the lips and I have the feeling the author is more thirsty for Taeha than Haesoo.

But everything can be posible, maybe the author is a man who is a sucker for romance stories and watches romantic kdramas and Bridgerton all days and cries when he sees Haesoo.
