i get that the writing isn't the best especially for haesoo but ngl it kinda rubs me the wrong way to always find people hating on the FL not on how the writers potray women sometimes. in all honesty i don't even read straight romance 90% of the time because of this. though in this case i believe haesoo isn't necessarily "boring" she's just a burnt out adult who's been brainwashed her whole life to think he's boring & unworthy of love, i believe that's how her trauma manifested. but you're absolutely right about how the author should at least bring more to the table with her monologs
