how did ML go from a tipsy “when i’m with you, i feel calm. i don’t want to go home just yet” to “do you know what you’re suggesting?”. never mind that MC clearly did NOT know what he was “suggesting”. “you came onto me”, “no, i didn’t” - that was the perfect moment to clear up the misunderstanding or whatever you wanna call it, but it got brushed off. adding to this the constant hesitancy on MC’s part while they were having sex… even though this was not full on rape, this wasn’t two fully consenting guys having sex either.
