But how would Irina know what happens after she dies. Retaining memories, yes, but she cant see what she didnt exist for.
After it was revealed, I came to the conclusion that she filled in the blanks for what happened after her deaths. And since the only "love" she knew was her father's confinement and abuse, I think she used that to create some romance story between the 2 leads. I'm thinking the romance never happened. But there are holes in my theory of course.
