First of all, you have a wonderful taste with that username, Monster is THAT song. Secondly, sadly you are being sidelined by your bf. I'd say you two talk it out. Worst case scenario, you dump him.
I recommend talking to him and communicating about your feelings. However, if he chooses to invalidate and ignore you, you can either keep being in a relationship with him and keep trying to communicate and fix things or eventually break things off once you feel like you can’t do it anymore.

In my opinion, u should talk to ur bf about it. Ask him why u need to explicitly ask for his help and him not doing it willingly, ur feeling about this is valid. Talk about it calmly though (maybe he’s a listener) but I’d agree with the comment above worse case u dump him(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I will tell you one thing. If this seems to continue happening even after talking about it, it's not worth it. I have seen someone closest to me living with a man like that and it's really bad
But what do I do if my bf seems more interested in his friends than me, for example, if his friends encounters a problem he would offer a help(they didn't ask for the help) but if I were in the same situation he's not gonna do something about it unless I ask for his help first.
