It's not possible in real life. Intersex people have both genitalia but only one can be fertile. Fertility depends on many factors. If you look at real life example such as intersex people, many of them are infertile. And when they are fertile, most of the time one of the genitals isn't fully developed. It means that an intersex person can have a penis but no testicles or can have vagina but no ovaries. There are many variations on genital development. Someone can produce eggs but doesn't have uterus. Or simply nothing is fully developed. The second most important factor is hormones. The level of estrogen or testosterone is very important. Many women have fertility issues because of high testosterone levels in their bodies (PCOS). So if we take an example of an intersex person with fully developed genitals of a man and woman, they still wouldn't be able to impregnate and be impregnated at the same time. It's just not possible to have this high amount of both testosterone and estrogen for it to work.
So first is, for cases like this... is the probability of getting pregnant by your own sperm possible? I'm wheezing
Also the anatomy in that panel where he pull up one of the duke's leg is so funny I don't understand how his lower body was drawn
