The only caveat was he wasn't smart enough to word it in a way to state that he was dissolving it simply because they were a bad fit instead of implying that she was lacking as a woman when he knows she isn't :))))
For the first time I'm actually glad for the ex fiance in this type of story. He may be a fool but he knows his capabilities. Instead of dulling and confining such a rare talent, he let her go to find her better place. Now she's happy and he's happy. Nothing is better than that.
