It's a bit complicated: his friend (the one who kissed him) is in love with him but Yuki doesn't feel the same and seems to have a crush for the yakuza, who in turn feels more like a father figure to Yuki (and he also feels guilty about Yuki's mother's death and all he's been through, so he doesn't have any romantic feelings). So it's more like a "love line", it could happen that either Yuki reciprocates his friend's (male lead candidate 1) feelings or the yakuza (male lead candidate 2) starts seeing Yuki as more than his friends' son. I personally think that the friend will be the the male lead, it would feel a bit strange for it to be the yakuza, but nobody knows
