If it’s about the latest update the short answer would be, the ml thought the mc slept with his friend. And so, it’s like, the mc said “we don’t have that kind of relationship.“ they had a banter. And the mc said something along the lines of “We’re not dating, and yet we’re doing it (sex) friends don’t do that.“ the ml then you know put the mc pants down to check if the mc really slept with his friend. But the mc kept saying no. Then MC started asking what “label“ do they really have. But ml said instead, “I’ll do anything, just don’t sleep with that guy.“ So, the mc slapped him, and he was crying. The translation wasn't really clear so, those are the only things I can grasped.
