Why the hell is Jichan apologizing to any of these fuckers? When was anything his fault? This is piss poor writing…

Well, to be fair, he did wrongly accuse the reverend for selling off Mido to some pervert (which wasn't actually the case), causing Mido to get lost after they ran away.

He was a kid tho… they both were. So I’m failing to see why he needs to apologize for anything. He did nothing wrong. HE is the victim in this.

So teenagers aren't responcible for the consequences of their actions even when they ruin lives‽ thats wild

Kids/teens absolutely make bad life decisions that impact other people’s lives - which yes, can cause irreversible harm to others. However the intent behind the action is the deciding factor in how they should pay for what they’ve done.

However in this case - Jichan wasn’t out to cause anyone harm. And what he suffered through at the hands of Mido outweighs anything he did as a child. He didn’t deserve what happened to him.

No one said he did but what happened was a consequence of his actions. What you did say was it wasn't his fault. it was his fault. Intentions will never trump impact.
