Kids/teens absolutely make bad life decisions that impact other people’s lives - which yes, can cause irreversible harm to others. However the intent behind the action is the deciding factor in how they should pay for what they’ve done.
However in this case - Jichan wasn’t out to cause anyone harm. And what he suffered through at the hands of Mido outweighs anything he did as a child. He didn’t deserve what happened to him.
Why the hell is Jichan apologizing to any of these fuckers? When was anything his fault? This is piss poor writing…
