I swear BL emperors are so incompetent it’s either they’re on a killing spree or they’re too busy fucking the uke or they’re too busy chasing the uke either to grovel or some other heinous reason. Not one BL emperor (from what I’ve read so far) has signed a useful decree, has held a meeting not about chasing the uke (like about economics or sum). C’mon man just sign like one new national holiday or something.
