I’m pretty sure Regina survived after the first accident and hid to give birth to Leo safely a while later. [The father was probably separated from Regina after the first accident possibly because he thought she died or wanted her dead] After Regina gave birth, the spy lady probably found her and killed her to take Leo away since she wanted Leo’s father’s child. (This is just a guess since we still don’t know the whole backstory!)

Y'all what does she mean with "she deceived him that the piece of shit got pregnant . Like does she mean she didn't tell him ?? But how cuz Regina's ( MC mom) stomach must've been big matter of fact Leoni must've been born already or else how did the teacher kidnap Leoni.
