this arc got me so confused fr idk what going on half the time

Basically Yoko almost raped Shizuka and now he is in the hospital and is being monitored by the government or smth

they've a whole ass meta system of dealing with omegas and alphas to ensure both of their safety and basically if an alpha attacks an omega, the alpha has to prove that he's not a threat anymore but there's no proper way to do this aka in this case the doctor is doing a research to prevent alphas/omegas of being trapped inside forever by clipping a gps into their body and that stick tells them the location and condition of the patient with that they can prove that they're able to function in society again or get them back if they can't do it but this whole project is not licensed. They're basically doing something illegal by trying this out he can probably leave the hospital soon
