Won't you be able to request a refund? I remember someone did scam me before when I bought a phone (what they advertised was different from what was delivered to me). When I messaged the seller, they offered me a small amount in return instead. I told them I'll report them if they don't give me a refund. They would usually remove the listing after a few days too, so you won't even be able to leave a review. I hope you get your money back.
I requested a refund, but same as you the seller offered to give me a small amount. I reported the account through the shopee help center
