If this was a modern day normal comic I'd agree, but it's not. It's a fantasy comic with supernatural circumstances and someone's life was about to be lost. He was in a Holy. Barrier. By. Divine. power. For at least 2 weeks and LIVED. this isn't the real world.
She's trying to change a literal manifestation of evil and will use what works.

Hate shit comments like that especially when it’s directed at someone you supposedly love but you’re trying to change who they are as a person, girl definitely should’ve known he wasn’t just this genuinely only ever sweet person, even if just from the fact he had the ability to corrupt in the first place from original story, where she LOVED the shit he would do anyway
