Don't want to bash your friend or anything but that should be enough to get her to stop you couldn't be any clearer in telling them maybe lightly push her away if the first "stop" doesn't stop her and tell her "hey I'm getting a bit overwhelmed right now could you just give me a bit of space?" Or just tell her straight up that you aren't a fan of being touchy like that ( -_・)? I feel like I said nothing useful lol but.......┐('～`;)┌ good luck to you!!

there are these cases wherein some people seek a feeling of being in certain a situation or a relationship dynamic with someone.
For example, the "friend tropes" that you see in stories Hot x Cold, loud x Quiet type of people. When you look at those kind of pairs there is always an atmosphere that would emanate from them like something funny, cute,,, etc... In short, i think your friend wants people to see you both in a certain type of dynamic like a quirky duo or a very close duo, like I have a brother who i am close with and always has my back or like we've been best friend since birth so therefore we get along like this. Which is why she's being clingy if in a public setting.
If it's just you two, its either the first reason or she likes teasing you or she's a person who has not heard of boundaries before and thinks she is entitled to skin ship however she likes
There could also be other possibilities but I am rudely assuming enough so~
Tysm, I'm really the type who can't say the word "no" and she just makes fun of me if I say stuff like jn getting overwhelmed, like i tell her I get overstimulated and panic attacks and she does it even more....

So a friend of mine is too touchy and doesn't listen when I tell her not to touch me. Also I don't say it rudely. Here's how our conversation goes:
*Friend leans towards me/touches me*
Me: hey uh can u not touch me rn?
Her: why lol*does it even more*
Me: uhhh can you please not?
Her: whyyyy
Me: cuz I just don't like it
Her: oho I don't like many things too
Me: *moves away*
Her: *keeps going on*
Me: pls don't I'm saying no right?
And it keeps repeating unless I walk away totally forgot something. I don't hate her, just don't like her being too close to me. Any other way i can tell her not too?
