Do you have an urge to do the opposite of whatever people tell or advise you to do? My answer will depend on that. Lol

Okay, then please sleep! A lack of sleep can cause SO MANY problems, especially in the brain. In fact, please train yourself to take breaks away from the screen (more so at night if you don't have a warm-toned screen filter). Blue light has been shown to cause significant side effects (including disrupting your brain's natural sleep patterns), which makes it hard to fall asleep because your brain thinks it's still "daylight" despite it being at night. Not to mention the eye strain and headaches... Ugh.

Anyway, please take care of yourself! ( T﹏T )┛Take care!

Actually advise is also a correct spelling. It's the British English variant, kind of like "donut/doughnut", "neighbor/neighbour", "practice/practise"

WAIT, SORRY DON'T LISTEN TO ME I WAS WRONG

I was right with the first two examples. But "practice/advice" are nouns, while their counterpart "practise/advise" are verbs. So yeah, you were right to correct yourself HAHSHAHAHAHAHAHAHA MB

To expand on that with examples for the initial confusion: "I'd like to advise you on this subject, if I may?" (as a verb) and "I will take your advice." (as a noun)

Practise is a variant spelling of practice, both of which have the same meaning. However, in British English, "practise" is a verb and "practice" is a noun. Meanwhile, in American English, the variant spelling "practise" is never used unless it's an error.

I was referencing reddit where a bot would reply to a comment/reply and add additional info, people would reply "good bot" to it. Basically, it's a compliment

Oh, okay… Usually, that’s a bad thing. Thanks for explaining. I’m so out of touch with most references. ( ̄∇ ̄")
