i honestly think it is the white haired guy (which i hope even though i understand the wrongs done by both him and the prosecutor) since the dream that yeonwoo had with his baby and THAT GIANT WHITE AND BLUE SNAKE THAT SAVES HIM. I feel like that dream is a clear sogn as to who the father is
