I’m seeing a lot of spoilers for the novels where they seem to have switched it up a lot for the manhwa and tbh I’m all here for it, but if that’s the case than they NEED to show what happened with Ray’s empire and his brother. Like did he get killed by his brother? Ray loves his country and we can’t just let it slide like that, we need to see what becomes of it and if it like stayed in good standing with his brother. I feel like there’s a lot they could’ve cooked with that.
Aside from that, overall I did like the story. I didn’t even think bout the fact it felt a lil fast pace. I think the only thing that did it for me was that Ray never felt like he enjoyed being gay T-T. Homie was always going through the motions like his life depended on it which is kinda does. At the end he seems to think of Jiskar as a… possession? That’s not quite the word, it’s kinda hard to put into words, but a twisted kind of love ig for him. And Jiskar straight up is just obsessed to the point he dgaf what Ray does to him at that point.
