To me, it's funny how anyone can think Dan's grandmother can "force" him to do anything. Jaekyung has a soft spot for Granny and he's trying to get Dan on his side, so it's very doubtful that he would cause problems with Dan and his grandmother.
I agree with you that Jaekyung will visit with Granny, to show his respect and concern. Dan will see this for himself or he will find out about it from his grandma. Granny has already been telling Dan to leave her and go back to Seoul, so she might say that again after talking with Jaekyung. Other than that, I don't think she'll be saying anything else and "forcing" Dan to do something he doesn't want to do.
Jaekyung literally saved Dan's life, which the haters have conveniently forgotten while they whine about Jaekyung supposedly "bribing" Dan with his money. Meanwhile, he was just offering Dan his better and higher paying job back - what's wrong with that? lol
I agree. Tho I don't see him give up on Dan staying at this village, I wonder how he will make him go with him. Yes, the granny also wanted him to return to Seoul, maybe he'll listen to her.
I think he will stay at dan's place, see the dogs etc, that would be hilarious (not forgetting that he literally saw him uncontrollably putting himself in danger) so he won't leave him alone.

Exactly, they don't consider the positive things Jaekyung has done and continues to do for Dan, such as saving his life, taking him to the hospital (hospice in this case), not leaving his side in the hospice, and offering him his job back.
I agree with you that Jaekyung won't want to leave Dan alone. After all, we saw his reaction when Dan said he didn't remember going in the ocean, so he definitely knows something is wrong.
There are two directions Jaekyung could take - taking Dan back to the penthouse (willingly or not), or staying at the coast with him. Or maybe he'll do both, such as staying at the penthouse for a few days and then returning to the coast.
I agree that he will likely spend time at Dan's place, meeting the old man landlord and getting to know the pups :) Maybe the landlord has an extra room for Jaekyung to rent while he's there. However, Jaekyung will need an excuse to stay, such as his shoulder or an illness. Perhaps he will tell Dan outright that he's not leaving because of the physical and mental state Dan is in.
