the fact there top 10 observing doesn't mean Duke couldn't deliver a surprise lethal attack, he is known from being underhanded. & all the power the top 10 got, they can't freeze or reverse time. let lone bring the dead back to life.
also given how Duke actively hates Jiwoo, it's turned into an obsession. he would NEVER stop & wouldn't be satisfied by just winning IMO
