I really recommend to read the novel, it goes deeper into the story (background, relationships etc.), as for the ambulance scene, in the novel it was longer, with them talking more and SY taking care of J. Also when J remembered the soup, they seriously considered to steal the ambulance, before SY took out the piece of paper. And then there where many scenes where J interacts with the side characters, I think these parts are important for later parts of the story.
All in all the ambulance scene was in chapter 42 of the Novel (Manhwa chapter 20), and the most recent Manhwa chapter 23, is chapter 50 in the Novel. I mean usually the numbers are closer, or the Manhwa is "slower" than the novel, but if the Manhwa is that much "faster" they have to skip a lot......
I truly appreciate you kind soul, thank you for explaining. Now I feel you, it does come a long way if some scenes are not covered in the Manwha but surely they do have their own reasons for it being that way. If you don't mind, can you share the Novel link or where you usually read other Novel adapted to Manwha from? I haven't had a proper reason to read novels because I'm a visual learner HAHA
You can read this novel here: https://mentoltrans.wordpress.com/the-hunters-gonna-lay-low/
As for other novels, it depends on which TL Group picked it up, usually I search the series on Novel-Updates, because they show the name of the group that translates it and then I go to their side to read the novel
They really go too fast, compared to the novel and skip many scenes, but if they skip the bed scene in the next chapters, like they did the ambulance scene, I'll ask for a remake of this Manhwa!
