If you remember the earlier episode, there's a glimpse that Haesol used to be a child model and her father is most likely take advantage of it by forcing her to go on diet in her childhood so she stay in shape for modeling. Poor her :(
I can't believe how i could doubt even a second the possibility another sibling of Haesol with the same situation, not to mention with another whole kind of coping from their childhood trauma. The author is real good sneaking that in.
Then again that raise a question, why does Haesoo got better meal than Haesol because i think (?) the comments misinterpreted Haesoo as red flag.
