I’m thinking the same thing. Though I would say I was quick to judge becuase I’m skeptic about it all but seeing this,,, it clearly shows he had more opportunities as well since he said that he would go to kindergarten and most likely had more “freedom” than Haesol as she was kept more indoors as her flashbacks entail that she yearn to go outside, like basically a shut in. Especially concerning enough, she didn’t know how to read at such a young age, and her brother had the opportunity to teach it to her. Crazy stuff.
They both have some fucky trauma and I can’t wait for more of their backstory to be revealed . Love the angst
Aint no WAY yall are implying that the brother isnt a victim too. "Remember how the lady would take a swing at the both of us?" Both siblings were traumatized. But one cope by being overly positive and another copes by blocking the memory.
