Not exactly similar but you can try ' the ghost's nocturne', ' my one and only cat', dawn of the dragon', 'cold blooded beast or ' Ookami-kun wa kowakunai'.... I mean the stories are lot different than this one but they all have shapeshifters and stuff so you can give them a try

CRYING bc the one in ghost's nocturne almost looks like the same breed as the puppy except he's the actual wolf lol

'howling under the moonlight', 'No love zone (it was in side stories I guess)' or 'boss baby bitch(April fool's special)....in case if you haven't read any of these
